On Saturday, during Milan Men’s Fashion Week two iconic collectives of style, in the form of eyewear company Persol and Italian luxury fashion house Dolce&Gabbana merged together to celebrate the creation of the ultimate eyewear collaboration, borrowing the iconic signatures and symbols from each side into a fresh, futuristic and contemporary collaboration.

At a party in the Martini Bar within Dolce&Gabbana’s flagship store in the epicentre of the Italian fashion hub, DJ Simone de Kunovich and Margherita Grechi brought the entertainment, celebrating the new collection and campaign, which encompasses moving portraits produced by Domenico Dolce alongside the creative direction of Stefano Gabbana. Josh Richardson, Wesley Iwundu, Jamilla Strand, Caroline Ebo, Lina Giselle and Bismack Biyombo were all special guests in attendance in the show space.

The new styles feature an experimentation of colour, with a touch of style and sophistication, ready for all outfits and moods. The gradient lenses on a few styles also bring the mood of the 70s, in a shape looking out into the future. The boxy front with a solid, flat top accentuates the structure of the face by bringing eyewear front and centre in every expression. The array of colours, shades and lens tints make this collaboration open to artistic interpretation, urging us to explore the perfect Persol x Dolce & Gabbana style for each individual.

The sunglasses collection is available now on www.persol.com and www.dolcegabbana.com, at Persol stores and Dolce & Gabbana boutiques worldwide.
