Alessandra Marchi is throwing it all the way back to the Rock’N’Roll age. Debuting the brand’s first collection ANIYE RECORDS AW22, the collection oversaw David Bowie and the 1970s as the main references, especially through the spirit of rebelliousness and movement with sequins galore.
Short black leather biker dresses are met with ripped stockings and studded platform boots, finished off with slicked messy hair and a dark lip in a cool rendition of Marchi’s personal reflection on the era, filled with sex and music – and more sex. With leather lace-up corsets extending into sequined mini dresses, the IDGAF attitude is on full display, more unapologetic than ever. Bringing hints of club kid culture to Italy, ANIYE RECORDS is all about the reflection upon popular culture with hints of nostalgia, making us want to let our hair down and express our inner rockstar through ruffles of tulle and light chiffon.
