Ukrainian collective Tripolar is back with the second instalment of their creative showcase in Paris.

The second instalment of the Tripolar project is back during Paris Haute Couture Week, with a nod to 90s architecture and feeling alongside the creative spirit of Paris’ Saint Germain neighbourhood. Tripolar, a Ukrainian collective of fashion, jewellery and artisanal talent, has taken over the Charlotte Chesnais pop-up space to showcase a broad mix of designers such as LVMH prize shortlist nominee Anton Belinskiy, Central Saint Martins graduate Masha Popova, Ksenia Schnaider and more. Artist AVOIR reimagines the pop-up as a post-Soviet public space with silver car wash curtains, brutalist brick structure and repurposed automobile tires, still used as an outdoor decorum in Ukrainian towns.

Featuring a diptych by seminal artist Boris Mykhailov amongst prints by Michael Buksha, ceramic creations by TROYANDA studio and ATELIENORMALNO, the space also features the work of Ukrainian video artists showcasing short films that document and explore art forms of dance, alongside documenting the recent destruction of Ukrainian cities by the Russian military.

Celebrating the creatively diverse scene of artists, artisans, photographers and designers coming together, the pop-up store will run from the 1st July until the 6th, supported by the Isabel Marant Foundation at 169 Boulevard de Saint Germain, 75007 Paris.
